Useful InformationLuggage And BagsTake as large a suitcase as possible because even if its only half full on the outward flight, you are almost sure to fill it on the return journey with souveniers or bargain clothes like Levi Jeans and Nike Trainers.Clothing/Shoes/Weather GearWhen we first went in October it was very warm most of the time so t-shirt and shorts or other light clothing was the order of the day. Tops and shoes must be worn in most of the theme parks and it is advisable to take a light raincoat during the rainy season just in case you are caught in a shower. For evenings out you should take something more formal as some of the bars and clubs won't let you in dressed casually, if in doubt just call and check. A light jumper or cardigan is advisable as well as it can sometimes get chilly at night. Toiletries & Medical SuppliesDon't forget to take plenty of sunblock and aftersun. You don't need to take anything special because if you run out you can get almost anything from the nearest pharmacy or supermarket. Photo EquipmentTake lots of film especially if the holiday is a once in a lifetime trip, although you can buy them quite cheaply almost anywhere, along with disposable cameras. I used lots of film the first time I was in Florida but have since invested in a more portable digital camera. For those of you with digital cameras, it may be time to invest in a second large memory card/stick since you will probably have no way to remove the pictures while you're on holiday. A video camera is also a good idea with plenty of blank tapes. Weather
